Challenge: NY talent search agency Gainor Staffing tapped us for a new site to elevate their presence in the human resources industry. They wanted to showcase their 25 years in the business, and promote that they’re a women-owned company. They needed a site with top-notch design to attract both creative talent and the creative firms that they help staff.

| Solution: We designed a brand identity for the site that took its cues from Gainor’s two women owners, symbolizing the relationships they cultivate with the clients they help and the candidates they place. The logo design evokes a lotus flower as a nod to their love of yoga. We chose clean representative photography to embody their candidates, developed a sophisticated palette and used iconic imagery of the New York skyline to spotlight their location, for a sleek site that transformed their brand perception.Finally, we linked into their existing content provider so they can easily manage their content and their targeted email marketing. |
