Club Card
Challenge: The Club Card came to Loewy Design to develop its new brand and its online product, which will revolutionize traditional retail loyalty programs. The vision is to provide consumers with a one-price yearly subscription that will deliver discounts from potentially thousands of participating retailers. The Club Card needed a brand and an online presence that would appeal to its core audience of consumers and retailers. And behind the scenes, it required a back-end application design to help them track their Club Card activity.
Solution: Our first step was to create a new brand identity for the Club Card that visually symbolizes discounts and speaks to the core audience. Once the brand and tone of voice were established, we began the development of the Club Card website, which includes areas for consumers and retailers to track and manage their accounts. IPhone and mobile application designs were then created to illustrate the Club Card's accessibility. Now that the prototype is complete, we are working on technology integration and the strategy for their integrated marketing strategy.
