NY talent search agency Gainor Staffing tapped us for a new site to elevate their presence in the human resources industry. They wanted to showcase their 25 years in the business, and promote that they¹re a women-owned company. They needed a site with top-notch design since they help staff creative firms.

Solution
We designed a brand identity for the site that took its cues from Gainor¹s two women owners, symbolizing the relationships they cultivate with the clients they help and the candidates they place. The logo design evokes a lotus flower as a nod to their love of yoga. We chose clean representative photography to embody their candidates, developed a sophisticated, edgy palette and used iconic imagery of the New York skyline to spotlight their location, for a sleek site that transformed their brand perception. Finally, we linked into their existing content provider so they can easily manage their content and their targeted email marketing.
